5. Installation & Warranty

Installation: All installations are performed by certified technicians following industry best practices and manufacturer specifications.

Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment. Workmanship warranty is provided for 1 year from installation date. Extended warranties available for purchase.

6. Support & Maintenance

Support services are provided according to the agreed service level agreement (SLA). Response times and support hours are specified in individual service contracts.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE 2000 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all services rendered through the termination date.
